Jotaro comes to Morioh to meet Josuke Higashikata, the son Joseph fathered in Japan. Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond, restores broken things and heals living wounds, yet it can never repair Josuke himself. The pair run into the escaped serial killer Angelo, whose Stand Aqua Necklace dissolves into water and kills prey from inside the body. Angelo comes out of the tap and murders Josuke's grandfather Ryohei, and grief turns to rage. Josuke traps the water inside a rock and fuses Angelo with it, leaving the Angelo Rock on display at the edge of town forever.
